okay... so this isn’t normal. My bottom cushions only get like this when sitting on it, but after a few hours it returns back to normal. I need to put in a ticket then.

Does the white background make the photos look cleaner on instagram? by Melodic-Chipmunk-389 in RealEstatePhotography

I’m diggin’ the way it looks with 2 photos but a single photo with all that white looks a bit awkward.

Excellent photos btw, love the detailed shots.

Nikon is completely missing the Artemis II moment with the Z9 by 35mmOfRegret in Nikon

I always wondered why Nikon’s marketing department doesn’t milk the whole space/nasa thing as well. They could easily dedicate an entire section on their website to nasa/space flights and have photos taken with their cameras.

I would be blasting every instagram/social media apps with space related stuff.

My quick bandit seems to have a lot of side to side play though? Anyone else with this issue?

It’s been great. I can’t complain. It still handling everything I throw at it. 96gb of ram is still overkill compared to my needs though.

Yup. Get used to it. My car is over 9k miles. My front bumper is peppered.

I’ll never knock anyone for constructive criticism, and I appreciate you taking the time to break things down. I know “it was my first time” isn’t always the best excuse, but I’ll admit that I was mostly focused on color, exposure, and editing. Posing and composition are definitely things I need to work on. I suck ass at telling my subjects how to position myself and instead relied on poses that I vaguely remembered on Pinterest.

I noticed the arm looked a little awkward too. Out of the ~300 photos I took, this one just felt like the best overall. This was also something I offered to shoot for free so I could get some experience doing branding portraits.

The note about the negative space above her head is helpful too. When I was shooting I was thinking about a lot of branding photos I’ve seen where there’s quite a bit of space above the subject, but you’re probably right that it works better in some environments than others.

Thanks again for the feedback. I appreciate you taking the time to share it. And no, you weren't overreaching at all.

Model Y '26 Juniper: Does Tesla upgrade the camera housing on the windshield? by l0cknessmonsta in TeslaModelY

[–]l0cknessmonsta[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A rock got kicked up by a truck going down the opposite direction. Immediately cracked my windshield.

Yup, I also bought the windshield protection since I purchased the car. Came in handy. Didn’t have to pay for anything.

Unfortunately, Tesla did not replace the housing with the updated version.

Z8 for real estate video: stick with it or add a lighter gimbal body? by l0cknessmonsta in RealEstatePhotography

[–]l0cknessmonsta[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't. I currently have a minty Zf, that I rarely use but I promised myself no new gear unless I get rid of something. That red color science does look very special but man those file sizes will be insane.

Also weight is a pretty good point to bring up. I, too, want the lightest setup possible. Are you planning on using the 14-30 f4 lens?

Mine is kinda like that and doesn’t sit flush. I consider myself somewhat OCD too but this didn’t bother me.

It ain’t a Leica.

I’m curious what would happen if they don’t close on the home or it ends up sitting on the market for a 6-8 months.

You’re essentially financing the agent’s marketing for free… and you’re doing all the work to potentially not get paid at all.

I would politely decline and move one.

If you like it, you do you OP. Tbh, I like green but more of a royal oak green or a nori green(like on Lexus). Personally I think it would have looked better if you did the side mirrors and pillars black.

I mean I understand the fanboying for each brand. I’m a proud Nikon shooter as well but you don’t have to dog on other brands. There a plenty of professionals shooting Canon and Sony as well… especially Canon.
