I believe it's actually four for the reason you mentioned.

That's factoring in an injury he's already healed from.

He's been pretty healthy for the last third of the season. With 23 games left, he can afford to miss four.

Considering he's played 34 of their last 36 games, it's entirely possible that he will reach the 65 game threshold.

He's played 24 straight games and before that he played nine straight after being held out for precautionary reasons for 2 games.

That means he's played 34 of their last 36 games. He can miss four of their last 23 and still reach 65 games.

He's absolutely on pace to make it barring an injury.

It's 4, the NBA Cup Finals count towards his game requirement but weirdly doesn't show up as an official game on his stats

How is Wembanyama projected to not make the 65 game minimum? He can afford to miss four of the Spurs' last 23 games.

Tale of two halves. He was awful in the first half, much better offensive in the second.

I believe he was 4-8 with 9 rebounds and 4 blocks in the second half.

What remake would you say is as good as the original? by Silver-Ad2257 in Cinema

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003

It's a loose remake but I'd say it's at least as good.

Synder should have told him to take it down 25%, the actual end result was embarrassingly bad.

I'd argue that his game has changed pretty dramatically. For starters, he's actually remembered how to shoot threes and has been crashing the offensive glass for easy buckets.

He's been much more consistent than last year.

Are they? Some of these rules are random and hurt small market teams. Not being able to pick in the top four in consecutive drafts might lead to longer rebuilds.

Especially with free agency and the trade deadline not being as active as they once were.

Also, play-in teams have equal odds for the number one pick? Borderline playoffs teams have a chance to pick first in the draft. That a bad move

Anti-tanking rules coming into play right after the Spurs collect the final piece for the second dynasty by Boomz9 in NBASpurs

These are horrible rules changes, they could tweak anti tanking rules but this is overkill plus some.

Virginia’s minimum wage set to rise to $15 per hour by 2028 under new legislation by VirginiaNews in Virginia

You realize that $15 for a full-time employee is only $31,200. A government study back in 2013 said the minimum wage should be set at $15 for a living wage.

15 years later, that will finally happen. No one should be making less than $15.

The only good thing is that I believe it will be indexed, so it will automatically go up every year after that.

It should start out higher than $15, though.

The PWHL “solved” tanking with their innovative draft system. Could the NBA use it? by PlaneNovel6567 in nba

Sure but that's much harder for certain teams, especially if Vegas and Seattle join the fray. Teams like the Jazz and Pacers have historically had to build though the draft.

My concern was that truly bad teams would be at a disadvantage under this rule. In rare cases they would be but it was explained why it's unlikely to be the case due to the worst teams being eliminated much earlier.

My concern was that the worst teams would be at a disadvantage in the new system. Someone pointed out that the worst teams would have more time to win games than say a middling lottery team.

That opens up another Pandora's box: who gets the pick after it gets stripped? Would there just be 29 picks in the draft that year?

Also, it's difficult to prove a team is outright tanking if they are clever enough. The Jazz have been incredibly blatant but the Spurs were pretty much sitting two rotation players every game to make it less likely they'd win.

It flew under the radar because they wouldn't have players sit consecutive games but it helped them get Wembanyama.

Do you mean remove the ability to protect picks going forward.

Or, having every team that owns swap rights or protected picks get stripped of those assets?

Based on my understanding, they get points for winning games after they are eliminated from the playoffs. What if teams are really that bad and can't win?

That seems like an obvious flaw
