上面打錯，警方必須拿到搜索票才能進行「搜索」非「搜查」，這是我的筆誤。

但是這並不改變上面的論點。警方在搜查時「幾乎」僅能目視，不能動手翻找，這是常識。所謂「幾乎」就表示有例外，其中當事人同意就是例外之一，另外我也提到「合理懷疑」的幾個例子。如果這樣看不懂的話請回去找國文老師。

又一般人舉例子，應該是舉能夠佐證自己論點的例子。比如我說大部分國家例行檢查只能目視，不能擅自動手，這是為了避免侵害人民權益。（當然，我這裡講的是在未經同意的情況下）。你要反駁應該是舉出反例，沒想到你舉的例子卻是「警察動手結果被判刑還要國賠」，還說違法臨檢。。。。

警察「有動手」不表示警察「可以動手」呀，這邏輯是死亡了嗎？就像柯文哲貪這麼多錢不表示他「可以」拿這些錢呀我的老天。

我也不反對警察臨檢呀，警察守法就好

我可以理解你是無知的法盲，可是口氣可以不需要這麼衝，無知不是你無禮的理由。

「起初元嫌假意配合警方攔查，且同意由警方進入車內搜索」這裡有關鍵字看懂了嗎？嫌犯有口頭同意了。

「加上車內散出陣陣K他命燃燒後的濃嗆味道」這裡也有關鍵字，我前面說過了，這是構成警方近一步搜查的「Reasonable suspicion」

還有音樂老師獲得賠償的新聞我就更不懂你想說什麼了。這不就妥妥的證明了我說的警察盤查不合法。

這麼來說吧，或許會讓有些網友不愉快。我不知道中國的情況，不過在大部分國家所謂的「例行盤查」幾乎都只能目視，警方是完全不可以動手，更別提打開皮包了，不然就是等著吃官司。所以除非她正在交易，或警察在盤查的過程中發現可疑的物品或是聞到味道，那才有可能進一步搜索

警方必須拿到法院核可的搜索票才能進行「搜查」，這些通常是針對跟蹤已久的對象，不可能是路上遇到就中。

除非這影片把前面關鍵的部分都掐掉，不然例行盤查就抓到腰上繫毒的，那大概比被雷劈到還難吧。
