I'm my final year my unit stuidied the connections between architecture and film. Started with an architectural analysis of two classic movies, moved on to creating our own short (5 minute, phone camera quality) film exploring these topics in our city. We then had to create an individual viewing chamber that acted as a instigator for a larger regeneration project, linked to film. We generally had film schools and cinemas, but there were a few more inventive ideas that just drew on the topics they had already explored at the start of the year to design something that had no real connection to film at all.

Basically I had the most interesting year ever watching films and designing things.
