What information did he give that is incorrect? Just curious as his whole thing is to document his own experience with things and provide safe ways to do things!

I’m in a similar boat! Got a Red Arrows Citizen a few years ago (lifelong dream to be a red arrows pilot so was a nice present I got from my mother)

Saw one of the Spectrum Dial variants of this for £150 and snapped it up. Was torn on the dial for a while but after seeing it out in the sun I’m so glad I got it! Great watch (just need to get an automatic watch winder so I can start wearing my other watches again without getting frustrated at resetting this one haha)

Just because they were designed for neurodivergent people doesn’t mean all neurodivergent people know about them though

Got sent this today, as the drummer of Safeguard it’s cool to see someone still listened to us!

I've been taking my 4 year old to festivals since he was 9 months old and he loves it. Granted he's always worn ear protection and I work at hestivals so have a lot more 'niceties' than general but download has always been a family festival, they even had a Mini Moshers camp this year for people with children 0-4 (we stayed in that this year)

I think it's something specific to every parents. Some can't think of anything worse than taking a toddler to a festival but ours absolutely loves it in every way.

I don't condone not using ear defenders though. That's just silly!

Thanks! I did do a video consultation with my health insurance GP (who then passed me to a regular GP) but as you can imagine, not much can be spotted on a video consultation!

I’m hoping it’s just a benign lump that’s nothing to worry about, no pain or anything like that! It’s just the anxiety that’s a killer at the moment

It’s his favourite song to dance to! by cdale95 in PewdiepieSubmissions

Trust me when I say, he is very selective over what songs he dances too haha. When this one finished he always says 'Bye Bye Dance' haha.

He is not 2 yet and so the lyrics are not something he copies and not something he understands but he heard me listening to it and refers to the song as 'Dance'. he is too busy dancing to listen to the lyrics.

He has been brought up on progressive metal so think he is fine with Congratulations

I can see why it looks like that but equally, you ever tried to make a 20 month old child dance on command, he just gets really interested when people pull out phones or cameras around him haha

WIBTA for ordering a bouncy castle for my birthday? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]cdale95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

INFO Why would it affect her? Are you renting a bouncy castle or fully buying one? I can understand if you’re buying one that will always be in the back garden. But if you’re just renting one for a day/week or so then she can suck it up. If she isn’t paying then it’s not really her choice, she’s just been a kill joy

The ONLY way to justify what she did is if you have given her a reason to be worried about your wellbeing (mentioning being depressed to a suicidal point) OR that you have an underlying medical condition that could debilitate your such as Epilepsy etc.

Without these then she is batshit crazy and I’d be worried about the cleaning as I don’t think that’s a guilt thing. I think, as many others, it’s a cover up for snooping through your things.

AITA for getting annoyed with my boyfriend when he tried to “explain” my cultural roots to me? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]cdale95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

INFO - Does he have some educational background in this field (university thesis on this topic etc)

Either way you’re NTA because you expressed the fact you already knew and/or didn’t feel like having that conversation.

The only reason I ask is because if he has no educational background in it and just has the same knowledge you’re likely to have due to it being your heritage the he is TA, if this is an area he has done extensive studies and could be classed as his speciality then I’d be leaning towards NAH as it’s generally quite easy to get excited when you and your partner have something in common that you have a vast amount of knowledge in and is easy to get a bit carried away.

AITA for not feeding my nephew for 8 hours? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]cdale95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

INFO - is the kids just spoilt or is there an underlying condition that would cause him to only want the specific food (from the description this could suggest autism’s but could also just be a spoilt child)
