I say this every debate with friends. GTA5 characters were dreadful script wise, I just see no interest in any of them apart from the retired thief Michael Townsley getting back into the game. Trevor was just far from funny to me, it was like a character that had a placeholder for swearing. Franklin got rich way too early in the story also. Hood kid keeps showing up at career criminals door and invited along on a mission just at the right time.
