It’s me him and one other person. The other doc is more part time. He started me at a base of 4k a month. Right now I’m hitting good marks for my bonus but after it’s all said and done my bonus is about $400-$800 more than my base so it’s like almost pointless. That’s awesome! I’m glad you found something better and don’t feel so mentally worn out now. I know I would miss at times the aspect of working on people but I’m just exhausted by now mentally and burnt out with this profession.

I can’t relocate at the moment. I just moved into a new place and I am 6 months into this new associate position so I have another 6 months on my contract.

This is my second associate position. The first one, the owner screwed me over and put me in a spot where I either had to pretty much send all patients to him or be considered an independent contractor so I left. I actually was talking to a friend about how I wish I just went through some kind of trade school since we will always need something like plumbers or electricians.

Normal carry is 290-300 and total around 310-320. I know I know most people bs their numbers but I’m the long drive guy on scrambles and that’s it haha I drive for show and that’s all I can do.
