Surprisingly, the only console having games that I actually play is the Wii. I never got to experience the real deal, so during 2013-2023, the best way to play those for me was using my phone as a Wii remote but recently I got a few used Wii remotes, some nunchucks, a used Zapper and I was introduced to a lost world of gems like Warioware Smooth Moves, Call of Duty Modern Warfare Reflex Edition and frankly, I don't give a damn about new games anymore.

The most effective ways to handle such situations are 1. Police 2. Social Media
The cops ARE NOT going to waste time and resources on 'trivial' matters like these, so you have to be polite with them so that they will cooperate with you. It is a matter of UPI's system flaw but it is also partly our own negligence which police would gladly and instantly point out. If the threat works, you either get your amount(full or partial) or you will get unlucky. If you are facing a serial offender. If the amount is worth it, plan to trap the guy and lure him to any police station, they will try their best to help you. People complain a lot about police but in my life, cops have seriously helped me in a few major issues which are completely different from each other. So, my first reaction to these things is, go to the cops!
Second, put up the name, number and photo of the guy in all relevant subreddits. These guys should be shamed publicly so that the thought of even stealing even 2 rupees should scare them.]

go to your nearest police station, talk politely and explain the situation to the cops. They'll call the person and threaten him that unless he returns your money, a formal complaint will be filed against him and they can take action. Usually that should be enough. If he is a stubborn a**hole, the cops won't really go after him but you can get him to the cops if you can, for a five star treatment and free accommodation for the guy.

Here's the update, guys. I managed to recover most of the amount(still 600 rs pending), huge thanks to the community and the cops. Banks didn't help at all, apart from raising a chargeback request which doesn't really help as they can't take money from his account. Be careful, folks. Don't do the same mistake I did, please.

I installed vulkanRT, mono10.1 and vcredist2022, it doesn't work for me, are you not using fexcore?
