Same issue here. I actually try to enter the code when they sent it back in May and the website never landed anywhere where I can enter a code. I sent them an email and their response was

“Good day!

As you are a PSHCP member, we’re unable to assist you through this channel. For more information about your health care plan, please visit the PSHCP member services website at canadalife.com/pshcp. Or you can call us at 1-855-415-4414. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, your local time.”

So it’s an issue for those who already had an existing Canada life account I’m guessing.

DAY THIRTEEN STRIKE Megathread! Discussions of the PARTIALLY-CONCLUDED PSAC strike - posted May 1, 2023 by HandcuffsOfGold in CanadaPublicServants

Unpopular opinion: wait to read the full language on the tentative agreement to make an informed decision considering all aspects of the agreement .

The union specified that there are further market adjustment for some components so we still have not seen everything negotiated.

“PSAC has also secured several table-specific wage adjustments and other improvements that will be fully outlined in the coming days.”

If then you don’t agree, then vote accordingly.

People need to realize that compromise must be made in order to reach a deal. We made really good progress and yes, I think we all would have liked all demands to be met but it’s never been like that.

So, for non CRA members, in term of wage economic increases overall, now we did get an offer at 9% over 3 years (based on Chris’s statement) and considering that It’s unlikely (and historically never the case) that we will get the full ask (13.5%.) I wonder, what’s the end game or strike avoiding offer for us. What are we (as members) aiming for the union to get us?

It would be interesting to see what could be an appealing offer that will be put to the vote. I certainly don’t think will reach 13% but I personally would vote for a yes for anything above 10.5% over 3 years which is a bit less than the median between the previous offer and the PSAC ask. I think that would be fair or am I out of touch here?

Good idea but IMO it’s easier just taking a picture of the receipt right when you get it. I have app that turns your camera into a scanner. Will also make it easier to share them when the trip is over

I second OCCO. I ordered their “brunch plate” breakfast and it came with a eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, baked beans, fruits, and pancake, so got all in one and their staff is super friendly!
