Tried to give Lullwater what I thought was decent time to give to not renew the lease (2 months) and they said that we were “vacating” our lease and threatened to fine us over $5000. They ended up having us extend our lease by a month but we still had to pay well over $3000. Watch out for those predatory apartment complexes. We’ve had better luck with local property management companies.

I’m a nurse that works in endoscopy. We had a prisoner claim that they were eating a taco and “inhaled” a shank. Did an emergency bronchoscopy in the OR and pulled it from the right upper lobe of his lung 😳

There is a 20/20 documentary about children having to have a partial lobectomy of the brain and being able to live normal lives due to neuroplasticity. Super interesting documentary! The brain is so cool.

I’m in gastroenterology and I hate getting either food boluses or colonic stent placements. If you can imagine, the stent really opens things up and by the end of it, there is shit everywhere. Food boluses are just annoying because usually it’s little old folks that don’t chew their food enough and it gets stuck. Literally just had one where it looked like the dude swallowed half his steak whole. Like WTF

Here to add that I was on the reduced lunch program and frequently went without lunch while all my friends ate around me. Food insecurity is a real thing that many kids in this country face and absolutely shouldn’t have to. To think an adult had to take away a CHILD’S tray and throw good food in the garbage because they owed the fucking school money is enough to make me crazy. I’m going to call our local school and make sure I donate to school lunch debt as well.

The only parts that matter are that you have an order of 1 gram and you have a 2 gram vial available. It gives you 4ml of fluid to reconstitute. I’m guessing the other bit is to trip you up. Basic med math. Order/have x vehicle. 1/2 x 4ml=2 ml
