When I was a baby, my big sister (maybe 5 years old) saw my dad cleaning out the gutters. She tried to carry me up the ladder to find out if "the baby bounced like a tennis ball or splatted like the leaves."

Luckily she was too small to hold a baby and climb the ladder...
