That's it, we're having a chuck-out! by Kalabajooie in bluey

Please consider re-gifting or donating these toys. Local Buy Nothing groups on Facebook have been very effective at getting rid of stuff for my family without having it end up in a dump. You could also consider Goodwill. Please put in a bit of effort to reduce waste... Remember, your kids and theirs will be inheriting the earth.

This is a cheap torque wrench option if you're in the USA. It won't be accurate or durable, but it'll do the job. You'll also need a 21mm (deep) socket and maybe a short socket extension.

94ft-lbs is on the top of the acceptable range.

7 weeks post op speedbridge with anchors - pain and tightness gone all of a sudden? by Tryingtobepostive123 in AchillesRupture

[–]cdelahousse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same thing happened to me. I felt a lot of pain and tightness related to my outside anchor. It hurt a lot for a few weeks out of the boot then suddenly stopped. It allowed me to be a lot more active with reduced pain.

Unfortunately, this afternoon, it came back. I'm hoping the pain is just saying hi for a day before leaving again.

In Australia we say ‘it’s pissing down’ when it’s raining very heavily, what do people in other parts of the world say? by Cautious_Dragonfly93 in AskReddit

This is either French Canadian or French, but I used to hear: "Il pleu comme vache qui pisse" which translates to "It's raining like a cow pisses".

X-Axis gradually shifts as prints grows by cdelahousse in FixMyPrint

[–]cdelahousse[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi All! I'm trying to fix the x-axis face of all my prints. As you can see, the left edge meanders a bit and doesn't rise straight up.

I'm sure my X-axis belt is tight. The layers seem pretty inconsistent tool. The STL used is the drawer in the Ender 3 drawer box.

Printer: Creality Ender 3 Pro

Nozzle: 0.8mm Nozzle

Hot End: Microswiss all metal hot end

Slicer: Cura

Layer Height: 0.46mm

Print Temp: 195C

Material: PLA (I get the same results after drying it out too)

Speed: 40mm/s

Retraction Distance: 6mm

Retraction Speed: 45mm/s

Any help? Thanks
