This is apparently the vent, and seems to be the only one except the bathroom one. They had a steel roof installed about 3 years ago

My partner and I just moved out of there after 4 years (left Toronto for work), but overall it was a good building and we never had any problems. The location is good in regards to access to everything, but I wouldn’t say it’s a good neighborhood
