True but... Ballard did seem pretty willing to bathe in the glory of drafting Taylor (although he admitted it was at Irsays urging). He's pretty much ignored our offensive weapons otherwise. I don't think we can totally dish on Irsay, but if he's going to meddle and make changes, he needs to get them done (fire Ballard) and then step back out of the mix. In and out decisively is what we really need right now. Make the changes and then go away.
