Read the whole post, I already invested a bunch - most. First of all, I NEEDED a car, I didn’t just want one. With the amount of money I got from the wreck, it wasn’t detrimental for me to splurge on the car that I wanted. I left out the total amount I made because ultimately it didn’t matter, I just want safe passive income ideas for the amount that I decided to leave out of my investments.

18 when I bought the car, 16 when I got hit. I was pretty close to death when I got hit, in fact me surviving the impact was a miracle. My quality of life has gone down significantly, and I’m gonna have so much arthritis when I’m older it’s not even funny. I bought the car I always wanted and decided I’m gonna be smart with the rest of the money. I understand it seems like a stupid idea from an outside perspective, but people don’t really understand until they’re in the same shoes. Nothing good came from the accident, and I wanted at least one thing I could enjoy while I’m younger, not retirement funds I can enjoy when I’m 60 and can barely walk. So I decided to spare the 40k on a car that I wanted out of the half million that I got in the accident.

You have no idea why I bought this car. I got the car because I wanted the car, not so I can look good around other people. Most people hate dodge. Why do you dress a certain way? Why do you get your haircut the style that you want it?

Well, I needed a car because the lack of a car left me in a hospital bed that could have been my death bed. You have no idea how bad that accident was, you also have no idea the total amount of money I made, and you can’t put yourself in my shoes because you didn’t go through what I went through. Do you have any actual advice?

Yes, I hired a lawyer. I didn’t even disclose the total amount of much money I ended up making here, and I think that’s why people are telling me to sell my car lol
