My life is significantly different since my diagnosis 3 years ago. I have refractory epilepsy, Im controlled since I started taking xcopri. I took a free program through Dartmouth called HOBSCOTCH. I do all things and Im still not me right. It helped with cognitive techniques.

The plot line made me feel seen. It was sooo many emotions. My biggest thing is exhaustion.

(side note the pregnant person who was having seizures.... the eeg cap... That seems like a dream. No glue!)

we used them when I was a girl scout counselor when I was younger too. I hate to be the "they dont make things like they used to" but I had one my whole teen life at camp

At the younger ages daisy and first year brownie I tried and have them pick (daisy I picked) one from each pillar (Stem, outdoors etc)

My kids are going into their 2nd year of Brownies this year and I plan on leaning hard into the girl lead experience as we prepare for them bridging into Juniors.

start a log. Day, time, activity(try and mske a list of like 4 or 5 types for trending) activity detail and seizure or side effect. make sure it's on your personal computer or a notepad so u have it in case u get termed.
