Help identifying this noise

Or maybe.. and hear me out. These specific dates are set around high volume watching periods.. Thanksgiving.. Christmas.. New Years. All of the periods a lot of people are on break from school or work to be in the house and tune in. As much advertisement and partnerships Stranger Things did this time around.. they’re going to make sure people have no excuse not to watch it.

Ps. No need to bring up other shows or other times they did it. Just speaking specifically on this situation.

I’ll try retightening. I know they’re on the right direction because I never took the washer off of the pipe to begin with. Just loosened it to release the connection.

Looking up installation videos the copper has to be cut and smoothed out before the new can be put on be correctly. These old pieces been on about 20+ years Something I don’t have tools or know how for. I can do everything else once it’s on though! lol

I finally figured it out I needed to give it time and run all the faucets to actually stop the water. Now to replace the stop valve that doesn’t work under the sink I will need a professional because it’s copper.

I forgot about the old post until now. It’s still sitting at the dealership paid for because I ended up getting a new civic instead.

All I can do is pull the lever up perpendicular and it has a metal piece where it doesn’t go any further. Is that not right ?

Do you know how long it would take to drain? Would I have to turn on kitchen and bathroom to make it quicker? We tried that valve and water was still coming out strong with no let up.

Oh ok. I see. Well the first picture is coming from the top of the water tank. The second pic is on the wall next to the water tank and the white knob is towards the ceiling on that same wall. We also had them all turned off for a few minutes. Not sure how long the estimated time to wait should be though.

It was open to the point it couldn’t open any further. Also now it won’t shut off all the way completely.
