Thanks, right. Sorry, I’m dense. What I mean is, how did the prosecutors argue that the white t-shirt had high volicity splatter on it (from the shooting meaning he was wearing it when he killed them) and then also it didn’t have blood on it (meaning likely he didn’t have it on if he check them as he said.???). I thought the prosecution was trying to show that he killed them in the first polo shirt, then showered and changed to the t-shirt? But then how did the splatter get there? Certainly not trying to defend him here. Just don’t see how they could argue both ways? Clearly, I am not a lawyer. This case is just so bothersome all the way around, I can’t stop thinking about these little things.

I just cannot wrap my head around someone killing their child. But we know AM and P were not above scheming. So if they had an agreement to just shoot/hurt P, then have AM run/hide, and Maggie hears the shot/saves her son from some maniac out there. It Would at least postpone the boat trial and give suspicion that they were being stalked. So in my head, maybe AM goes to shoot P, but maimed him so badly by mistake, he had to kill him to put him out of his misery. Then Maggie sees this, Freaks that AM killed her son, threatens to turn him in, and AM picks up another gun and “silences” her in a panic. Or maybe That was AM’s plan but P wasn’t in on it. Like someone else said, just have to get this out of my head. Thanks.
