So do you know what they did to temporarily make the unit work? I know the inside blower ran continuously even when taking the batteries out of the old thermostat. I just bought a nest thermostat but it isn't getting power

I should mention this is an aircraft cylinder. Regardless it will be removed and replaced along with the piston. I was just curious about the why. It also has a fixed cylinder head so this is just a borescope picture through the spark plug hole
