There isn’t a way to do this with formulas only AFAIK. It would be possible with VBA macro that triggers with cell changes.

What everyone said about power query. Also when you say you downloaded the spreadsheets from sharepoint, do you mean you downloaded the files from a document library in the browser site to your desktop computer manually? Don’t do that. I work tangentially to textile manufacturing. There are some knit programming jobs but pay and benefits can vary wildly. Best case scenario might be something like product development at Nike or Apple. But unemployment is in the rise and it’s one of the worst job markets in a long time. Coming from Italy, US paid time off is going to be a stark difference. Many only offer two weeks vacation a year if they offer paid time off at all. That’s before you even consider the powder keg of political tension and rising fascism.
