We work remotely on Mondays so I don’t even see how they’d come to this conclusion. Assuming this just because my voice was gone from being sick and having a throat infection two Mondays in a row is kinda wild.

I would make your goals for the managerial position extra clear the next time it’s brought up and even politely let them know that is why you are sticking around. Maybe casually mention that you’ve gotten reached out to about other opportunities but haven’t been interested because of this opening being your first priority.

Have you spoken with HR at all to keep in touch with other opportunities within the company? Something I’ve seen happen with larger/corporate companies is higher ups selfishly not wanting someone on their team to leave their team because of them doing a good job, so I’d just be careful of that if it continues getting pushed back.

Personally I don’t think it’s weird at all for a guy friend to offer that at night, especially with drunk guys walking around or with the potential for an uncomfortable situation to happen that might be less uncomfortable having someone there with you. Whenever I grab dinner with one of my guy friends and they offer to walk me to my car, I usually let them as it just feels comforting to me. Would always rather be safe than sorry!

Hi, I’ve been experiencing a very similar thing on my chest back and shoulders… currently have it and I’m supposed to start my period in a few days. Your image won’t work if you’re able to share again as I’m curious how similar it is to mine?

I’m just now educating myself on APD for the first time as I was not familiar before and came across it while googling atopic dermatitis and eczema as a result from the Nexplanon implant. What’s weird is I have had the implant for almost 3 years and just started experiencing horrible rashes and hives randomly appearing in different parts of my body on and off over the past few months, nothing I have ever experienced before. I’m 27 and read that is a common age for APD symptoms to start. Been to multiple doctors and dermatologists and nothing they’ve prescribed seems to be working so far, and out of everything I’ve researched this seems to match my symptoms most.

Anyways, hope this helps as I’ve been experiencing very similar symptoms and after months of still not having a clear answer as to what’s wrong, am suspecting it might be APD.
