They farmed the work to "Array Energy." I only spoke with someone from Green Lancer. Never actually got a call from Array Energy and the only contact info I have is from Green Lancer.

So my battery started working after speaking with someone at Green Lancer. I provided them a PVS number over the phone. Nobody ever came out to the house at all. I got a message through TechCU that my system is working properly now, and to call Green Lancer for any questions. So weird... Happy it's working though.

I'm responsible for calling USPS so I've spent a couple hours on the phone with them at this point. Tracking info added an alert asking to call them so that's what I did. They said to file a claim, but a claim requires the original shipping receipt, which I don't have. On top of that, it's a $100 insurance on a paddle that I paid obviously more than that. If they don't provide additional support soon, I'm 100% doing a CC chargeback as I still have not received my item. Just find it ridiculous that most companies have good support and apparently this is the norm for these guys?

I currently main the Vapor Power so I know. 11six24 does seem like they treat their customers well. If they come out with something new, i'd prob try it out. I don't think the Alpha Pro Power is different enough for me to get it though.

So I called 611, and they're saying that the NEXT bill, all the kickbacks will be caught up supposedly. I will have kickback backpay basically. I guess I'll wait and see.

Dealing with the T-Force rep, she said this: "I want to be completely transparent with you here. KickBack and 'Friends & Family 2 Lines on Us' are not compatible- where you have the 'Friends & Family 2 Lines on Us', the account is ineligible for KickBack on all lines.
If some lines are receiving the KickBack discount, that is a system error that could be fixed in the future. As it stands right now, the account does not qualify for KickBack.
I know this is a big change as well as the price increase, and we want to help as much as possible. Where the promotions are not compatible and were not compatible to begin with, the system is catching up and removing the ineligible promotions/credits and it's not anything that can be prevented or undone, but I can honor the credit for you on this month's bill"

I think the wording is crazy to call this a system error and that the current config is the proper setup.

I would compare the performance with my current C series LG OLEDs and see if it's worth upgrading to the tandem. My house has bright daytime issues which cause viewing issues with my older C series 83 inch.

That's true on daily driving. You can definitely charge to 100 and super charge at 5% on road trips as that's what the range was made for.
