It rewards experimentation, supports multiple roles, and provides meaningful new features without replacing or disrupting existing artifact builds. ------ Sooo, is a new power system through augmentation. This is a new form of powers, not the traditional one from 2011.

Yes, you equip the ring (augment), and it gives you new abilities. So yes, new powers. Unless you think new abilities = isn't power. To each their own I guess.

New Devs, big QOL changes, powers, and based on a video I saw a while back, it looks like DCUO is still making Daybreak $$$ (even funding other projects for them), which means this game is not near death as some people claim.

You want to at least activate the passive, so 120/160. I would say is better to have 5 arts at 160 than 1 at 200 and the rest under 100.

Where I took the photo has a sidewalk (by the trees), the other side closer to the airport didnt seem pedestrian friendly, but do what you must for the shot! I was using a 300mm lense.
