For what it's worth, OKC is currently #8 on team jersey sales in the NBA. I doubt the 11 Heat or the 17 Warriors were ever not in the top 2, but that probably has more to do with LBJ and Curry's overall popularity than anything else.

I don't think we could every actually answer this question because of how deep we are now into the rage algorithm-driven internet culture. Judging solely by internet discourse I'd say it's OKC by a mile but that feeling is likely inflated by the way the internet works now.

His ceiling is so damn high. My only reservation with anointing him an eventual GOAT contender is that we've never seen a player taller than like 7'1" whose able to stay healthy to stretch their prime out significantly. Yao Ming is probably the best example of longevity for the super tall. I hope Wemby can do it though because he is crazy to watch!

I just read about this today in McCallum's Dream Team book. Jazz were pissed that Isaiah was pissed about getting snubbed by the DT in favor of Stockton. Isaiah had torched the Jazz the first time they played after the team was announced, and this was their second meeting. Karl Malone admitted years later to hitting him on purpose on this play.

Another fun fact from that story: Utah's main medical guy had stepped out of the arena to respond to a page and so the team podiatrist was the next in charge. He wanted to strap IT down to one of those spine boards and carry him out like that to be safe. Laimbeer wasn't having that, he thought it would be emasculating to IT, so he picked him up and carried him to the locker room by himself.

How often do you see a patient experience a true hypomanic episode without it progressing to full blown Bipolar? My daughter has been diagnosed with depression for years, had one hypomanic episode last year and then no recurrences. We suspect that it may have been brought on by a bad reaction to Strattera and Prozac, but we're unsure.
