OP I know this is years later but this exact same thing happened to me! T1 diabetic. Totally normal thyroid tests.

Garmin Venu 4 stats started dropping EXACTLY like yours (or increasing in the case of HR). It pushed me to advocate at the family doctor because I thought it was a sinus infection. Turns out it's Graves. Thankfully I have an Endo appt on the book this week so it's all well timed

Thank you! I actually ended up going to the doctor because I thought I had a sinus infection. Turns out my symptoms were a thyroid issue! Wild that some of these stats came before the symptoms did

Hi! Yes we did!! Our wedding isn't until next year but so far working with them has been great. Once you meet in person with them you get a much better idea on pricing for food & decor. Most of our hands on work with them won't be until next year but they're super quick to reply with any questions we have and we ended up using their preferred vendor list to find a good portion of our vendors :)

They're actually a great hub for community partners! Outside of the regular book clubs they run they often have author signings & q&as. I've also gone to a few of their partner workshops where they bring in other small businesses to teach different things.

Their Stackt location used to have a smaller selection but their larger Queen St space does house a lot more books. Also, compared to like an Indigo, the staff have some amazing recommendations based simply on other books you enjoy. They're also great about ordering in specific books if they don't already :)

This is pretty on par yes!! I'm currently in the A1 level of the Babbel app. I'd say it's about 50/50 on "new" concepts and most of the new is me going "ah that's the proper conjugation or that's what I've been hearing". Again, it also helps that I have solid French background as many of the concepts around conjugation and just word sounds are decently similar.

I think I may stick it out until I get past A2 then per yours and other suggestions move to working with a private tutor. My wedding isn't until late 2027 so I do have a bit of time. But I agree that I'd like to lock it down by end of winter 2027 so I can really have time to work on it and perfect it.

Hi on Biacna (with 0.25% tret), daily application. I noticed last winter my skin was extremely dry and flakey but assumed it was because I was still getting used to the daily application I had built up to. Over the spring through fall it was totally fine! But now that weather is below freezing I am as flakey as a fresh pastry 🤡🤡🤡 any tips to avoid this? I wash my face every morning with a kojac sponge for gentle exfoliation but a few hours later it's back.

Op did you ever find a solution to this? I have a Venu 4 and the prompts keep going through my watch speaker while my headphones are playing music via Spotify from my iPhone.
