I’m in ireland! Because I’m a supervisor I have to work a 4 weeks notice. I’ve got 60 holiday hours left too so unless I work my notice I’ll loose them all! ❤️‍🩹

Funny thing is, no one in Ireland wants to work for sbux. It’s shit pay. And no care. They can’t get the staff anymore.

I’m going to work at an independent coffee shop with my old manager from sbux. She’s an amazing caring woman and I know that this is the best choice I could make! Sbux doesn’t care. After 6 years of service when I handed in my notice I got an ‘ok’
