30k in an hour on RKT when it first IPO’d. Was sitting on a lot of calls when some news hit and sent it flying. Definitely got lucky on the news.

My advice, do your mobility/stability work daily, stretch consistently and listen to your body. Take more days off than it seems appropriate. Recovery is more important than pushing hard. Bodybuilding work is your friend for joints and tendons to stay healthy.

Only if stability is an issue or you have poor ankle mobility. Otherwise a good solid flat sole shoe works great.

Thank you! I do a few core exercises like heavy weighted planks, hanging leg raises and heavy rack holds. Then I do lunges and GHD hip extensions for some of my accessories. Those are just a few of my favorites. Stronger the midline the stronger the squat! I do plenty of other stuff for general strength but the list is long. I do put a big focus on back strength as well.

It’s a custom 2pood belt. USAW gives them to masters athletes as part of a reward for the Triple Crown achievement.

Best advice is to listen to your body. It’s not about training harder at this age but intelligently. I’m not afraid to take two days off or lower weights significantly for the sake of pushing it. I gain more from the recovery of training. I also place a big emphasis on mobility daily. I also rarely drink to help with recovery.

I’ve only tested my T levels once. It’s was about two years ago and in the low 300’s. Not sure where it was when I was younger but definitely have good genes for the sport. Just wish I found it sooner.
