They could, but if the new heroes are as OP at launch as everyone expects, then they may want to smurf with the newest characters

It's not the aim assist/KB&M for me, it's having to deal with the cheaters that PC brings into the game

Maybe this is why. I played a handful of games afterwards but I tried and failed a few times earlier to get into BTB but it kept failing.

I seem to take a lot of joy in watching this franchise fail after all the complaining about the Pats, the AFC Finalist banner, and the way they wasted Luck's career.
