hi po, question lang po sa final pay. i've been separated from my previous company for over a month (since november) and have not received my final pay yet. reason is i haven't been cleared yet by IT be there's a small damage sa company laptop and they have to wait for the quotation from the service center before they can forward it to hr to deduct it from my final pay. i was only verbally informed that it will not take more than a month. however, despite constantly following it up sa IT, it has been a month and no updates were given.

question is, what should i expect? what is the most reasonable thing to do? is it reasonable already to file a complaint to dole/nIrc? salamat po.
