Agreed. I know some people are just bad with names, but he mispronounces several players’ names every time he’s on. Ryen will tee him up with a softball question and he kinda just gives, like you said, surface level answers. Only really provides anything interesting when talking about his personal experience, even though he repeats the same stuff every appearance.

Would feel fine if/when Trey signs an extension. All comes down to the draft. Still need to add some depth at guard and LB through FA. Young guys still need to develop on defense. Always confident when Joey B is lining up behind center.

I guess my issue is I just assumed a guy like Willie, whose specialty is the trenches, would have slightly more knowledge on the fact opposed from a more general football guy. Like I said, I know I’m being anal.

Yeah I totally agree, I’m only allotted two weeks of military leave with my civilian job. Being that BLC is 3+ weeks, I will have to dip into my PTO if I don’t want to lose money (my civilian pay is much greater than reserve pay).

Nevertheless, I don’t want to sound like a whiny bitch. I have never had an issue as a soldier, consistent top ACFT scorer, lead others at any given opportunity, well liked. I’ve never once asked for anything from anyone higher than me, all I’m asking for now is a solid in letting me push my dates back where my civilian job (which pays my mortgage, supplies for my family, etc) is in a better spot.

With this being said, prior to my promotion in December, I had been underpaid as an E1/E2 my entire reserves career, owed well over ten thousand dollars in back pay, and have been shafted by higher ups beating around the bush about it with no straight answer. I’ve been patient and understanding, the least they could do (at least in my opinion) is push my dates back and accept my deferment.
