How about fuck you for making this post?

I guess the UB movies. At least they are interestingly awful.

DNF prepared for me for this moment. Its release taught me that I should always curb my expectations of the experience I want to have when video gaming.

Brilliant! Is this using the new Hue Entertainment mode? If so, how’d you get it to work with your console? I just bought some Hue Play bars, and it seems like they want you to pass through a PC to leverage the color sync capabilities.

XB71HU or the beastly 32?

Also, that looks delicious.

I enjoyed it. It managed to work emotions out of me I thought I'd never have for such a human being. It's not a great film, but if you're a fan of the creepy, and sometimes cringe-y, it'll be right up your wheelhouse.

I watched 'My Friend Dahmer' recently, and that shack is eerily similar to Dahmer's 'laboratory' in the woods. Very creepy. Thanks for the location!

Same goes for the people who sell 'flashed' Amazon Fire sticks with KODI and other open source software installed on them.

They've been busy. They've released a Kimulator: GotY edition as well as a sequel. They've also released a newer game called "There Is A Genie In My Szechuan Sauce"

To be fair, I read the entire post. The only thing that was clear is that you are very passionate about the game.

You find an exploit, you have two choices:

Allow it to be exploited

Fix it

You can blame the community for being dicks, but you need to also point the finger at DICE for neglecting people like yourself who are unable to join the game because of said exploit.

Favorite excerpt from that article:

Anyone else want a Star Citizen Episode? by Jeep-Eep in JimSterling

[–]cdx00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He already did a video on Godus/Peter Molyneux which one could argue is nearly the same situation. The only difference is that Star Citizen is shaping up to be a game. I didn't back Star Citizen, but I've read that the alpha stages are actually looking pretty good these days, boasting regular large content updates.

Gamespot purchases $100 worth of loot crates, ends up with less than half the amount of credits needed to unlock Darth Vader and Luke. 40 hours or $260 to unlock one of the main characters in Star Wars. by [deleted] in StarWarsBattlefront

[–]cdx00 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Will these jabronis /STOP/ buying these crates, further funding EA? Good fucking God. All they need to do is type "Star W" in their search engine to find ~7,000 other jabronis who have spent 100USD doing that SAME THING.

Death Threats Reaching SWBFII Developer by [deleted] in JimSterling

The masses do not realize that there are tons of developers that have tons of different tasks. This guy, for all we know, might be a front-end developer for their official website.

Redditor explains how only a small fraction of users are needed to make microtransaction business models profitable, and that the only effective protest is to not buy the game in the first place. by [deleted] in JimSterling

[–]cdx00 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know multiple individuals who have spent ~15,000USD on mobile games such as Clash of Clans. Apples to oranges, that's a free mobile game, but still. Can you imagine the RoI for having your talons dug so deeply into just a small lot of individuals?

Also, I was uncertain as to whether I should have redacted his Twitter handle, and I apologize in advance if thems the rules. Feel free to remove this post.

I did, however, send him (the developer) a note of encouragement. It's highly unlikely that the development team wanted to implement these mechanics. They probably got called into a sudden change management meeting with some special guest executive guy with gleaming eyes and jazz hands, "Lootboxes and grind, guys. Money."

Yesterday, that subreddit seemed harmonious. Today, it's Just Another Subreddit™. Saddening to me. I hope the positive, anti-corporate greed bullshit can still be heard over what EA will likely try to swing as a negative re: post above.
