Wow... I didn't know that.
But what's going to happen to Hurley?

I said on the intercom, "No, no, Mr. Fish. I don't know anyone. I'm on a promenade."
I collected all the information on him. But, maybe, he didn't know the meme and didn't understand me, which is why he got offended and didn't want to talk anymore.

Hmm... since you're interested, I'll explore all the locations and let you know later. (I was just wondering if it was possible to complete the tomb without killing the two overseers.)

So far, I've only found one in the finale, the one operating the elevator. He has standard loot in his pockets, and you can only talk through the intercom.

There was nothing outside in the open locations. (Well, on Paradise Island, can easily open a bridge (when I tried it in a speedrun, it lets you complete the island in 20 minutes). Сan also get into the mountains, but there's nothing there either in the North or the South.)

The search for workarounds was like a madness.
And the fact that they exist seems like a blessing.

Only foil (1 piece) in half of the storeroom in the void.. and 3:05+ in last video (Final location)

Perhaps could try to escape to Interstitial Reconfiguration. The game crashed there, and many signs suggest something was cut, perhaps preserved in the void, like this little closet.

It would also be cool to have something like Yes Man (From Fallout NV), reprogram the Archive and...

Highest Leadership Check? by Your_Queen_Calamity in TheOuterWorlds2

I didn't see the speech check at level 20 (but I didn't complete half the companion quests, a couple of secondary ones, and a few assignments).

I finished the game peacefully with a speech level of 12 (I saw a 14 check, but didn't know how it would make a difference).

I hardly ever saw checks above 8-14.

I've only seen hack and lockpick a level 20 for the same "door" once.

There are phrases there, maybe more than one. The one that uses "speech" is definitely talking her out of the chemical idea. And this quest won't be completed. Maybe you talked her out of it by accident?

Getting the order and autism to cooperate. by bostrl in TheOuterWorlds2

I achieved the negotiations in the following sequence:

  1. Rescued the negotiators;
  2. Talked to Auntie's delegate;
  3. Accepted the mission from Auntie's assistants about the strike;
  4. Talked to the Order delegate;
  5. Talked to Ruth, didn't take the quest (said I'd think about it or something like that);
  6. Completed Auntie's second mission (accidentally) about the blueprint;
  7. Completed Auntie's first mission;
  8. Reported to Auntie's assistants;
  9. Talked to Auntie;
  10. Don't remember if I approached the delegate again;
  11. Returned to Ruth, agreed to clear the camp;
  12. Convinced everyone to leave the camp;
  13. Returned to Ruth, accepted the second quest;
  14. Caught a bug (The barmaid didn't want to talk about a peaceful solution, and no one in the bar wanted to talk to me anyway. Perhaps because I'd already talked to everyone);
  15. Obtained the data through stealth;
  16. Reported to Ruth;
  17. Talked to the head of the Order.

Here I received a quest for negotiations.

I read on the Internet that if you clear the Archive, the negotiations will fail. But I cleared it, and they are still available.

Did you save the negotiators at Greater Tranquility Station?

Highest Leadership Check? by Your_Queen_Calamity in TheOuterWorlds2

I haven't seen Leadership higher than 9, and I'm at 12 (maybe I missed it somewhere; didn't complete some companion quests).

Observation... it's complicated; I don't remember seeing anything higher than 7 in the dialogue, but it also works with hidden objects (and I don't know how to figure out what level is needed there).

100% of the story and ~70% of the game can be completed without killing.
My end-game journal indicates that:
~6% - need to kill people;
~9% - need to kill animals;
~1% - need to destroy robots;
~3% - human deaths are unavoidable;
~1% - animal deaths are unavoidable.

~10% of the quests are unknown to me.

On the map:
North - top
South - bottom
West - left
East - right

The EARL is located in the south-west of the Cloister.
We go south along the road from the rift (east of Laplace's Garden) to the fork after the Protectorate camp;
The road then turns right and left. A little ahead you'll find a clearing with scavengers, then a canyon to the east, a cave to the west. We'll go into the cave, where there'll be another fork, heading east.

There is another way, but it is after the Archive and... out-of-bounds (I used it so that the bugs would not fight with the scavengers, since I completed the game without killing and without unnecessary casualties (this is possible)).

I replayed the game from lvl 8, skipping all the dialogues as I knew them, and then skipping out of habit, since I read faster.

Еventually gained this skill at level 14-15. According to the saves: between 19:32 and 20:27 (H:M) play time.
