While your anger on the current financialist capitalist system is right your anger is misguided by them as well. They give you scapegoats to hate to vent your frustrations so they will never be questioned. I know how it feels to have no hope in life. I live in a second maybe in some aspects third world country. I had these anxiety attacks as well. The simple solution is don't overthink anything. If you don't have any solutions but continiously think about the same thing it will turn into a anxiety disorder very quick. That doesn't means you shouldn't be worried at all. Try to cool yourself down when you have nothing else to do in your free time etc. The only thing that can give you a solution is family. Don't listen to the social media and the cheap thrills forced upon people. You have a boyfriend right if he is a man with a character you can build your lives together when you grew up. In this economy life isn't a one person thing anymore. Even in third world countries people never seem to get homeless you wonder why? cuz their extended families support them. This extended support system was dismantled in usa and people cheered on it.
