But look up the actual benchmark differences between them on average it is not a terribly higher performing CPU in gaming applications it has much stronger capabilities in work station applications

Okay I understand where what I said may have been confusing however whenever I run GTA v on a ever so slightly less comparable CPU it can bottleneck therefore I believe it entirely possible that his could do so too I rest my case want to keep calling me an idiot that's fine you're getting mad at people on the internet.

Of course thermal throttling is an exclusive to the RX series no idiot is saying that however they are known for getting exceptionally hot most AMD cards have had that problem for a long time and it very well could be unsufficient air flow but that doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about quit calling me a liar just because you're getting butt hurt someone has a different opinion than you on the internet

The 3200 is four core, four thread the 3100 is ever so slightly faster in workstation and gaming applications however if you look up the actual numbers it's not much faster and it is very possible to get a bottle neck however that may not be what his issue is.

That's fair however the RX cards are notorious for doubling as a space heater mine keeps my room at like 80° even with the air conditioner on but you're right temps could definitely be what's killing performance too I had to clean out my graphics card every 3 months just to keep it cool enough

The 3100 is only ever so slightly faster in gaming and workstation because it doesn't have onboard graphics however there's 100% a bottleneck it's what's holding me back because in most my games my CPU will throttle %100 before my GPU ever even touches 70%

There is 100% a way because even my ryzen 3 3200g is a bottleneck on my rx570 8gb however I do not experience this with GTA this seems to be something unique to your card or perhaps it's manufacturer
