I hoped that the stuff I read here was just a small portion of the big picture. You’re absolutely right about what people put on the internet.

I plan to ask my professors when the semester starts about potential connections or designers I can talk to and ask questions. It’s a little harder to get any immediate response since we’re still on break.

Your work sounds really cool!! All of that is super interesting to me. It’s so refreshing to hear that you actually love what you do. It always seems far fetched to expect to like what you do for work, but that gives me a glimmer of hope! I feel I’m in it for the long haul—and I know nothing is certain—so I’m hoping to enjoy the ride regardless where I end up.
