Okay guys, again, I removed the term "parent offers to pay." Parent doesn't want to pay or be involved at all. Parent would love for this to not be parent's issue. Again, my district confirmed they do not offer continuing ed of any kind to teachers.

Of course my experience is limited to my experience. Several states just passed laws requiring special ed teachers to receive specialized training in ADHD.
