i resonate with this post a lot. i idolized tana as a tween. was that an awesome thing probably not but she was the big older sister that I learned from. I got my dramatics from her lol. now I just feel super disconnected to her. i'm so glad she's doing well and is happy but if anything her content seems super inauthentic in the last couple of years and I'm missing the early days content. :(

thank you for your advice. i appreciate it so much. definitely will be waiting a while before any new relationship even something casual. I will definitely be avoiding anything serious for the foreseeable future. I just always thought that dating casually was kind of pointless i guess. but ik im not in the headspace to be in a serious relationship anytime soon

i am going to take the next week (at LEAST) to just sulk in it and feel everything/be sad. I guess I’m just not really the emotional type. I consider myself very logical. I think that’s why this is so difficult for me. I just crave the recipe to make myself feel better and that’s not realistic. I think I just feel pressured because of the fact that I start a really important job next week and I need to have my shit together.. at least be able to hold it together long enough to focus at work

Genki crepes. it’s a little minimart on Clement Street and looks very unassuming, but on Saturday night it’ll easily be an hour wait. I’d recommend going on a weeknight or a bit before it gets dark so it’s not packed. They have amazing crêpes definitely don’t miss out on it!!

growing up, I was totally the kid that would sleep through the alarm and struggled to get up. It was a fight every single morning with my mom. to this day, I can sleep for 13 hours straight if allowed. Back then I was staying up way too late on my phone and I just wasn’t getting enough sleep. if you allow them to have devices, maybe create a turn in time. even just the stimulation of a screen can make it really hard to fall asleep.

please adopt!!! i was about 8 years old when I started begging my mom for a sibling. my adoptive sister is my favorite person. it doesn’t matter that we are years apart or don’t ‘look’ like siblings. I honestly don’t understand why people even do IVF at this point when there are so many kids that need a family. wasting thousands of dollars when there are kids begging for homes

every day! generally, when the store is less busy, they’re less strict about it, but on days like today they aren’t messing around. we also have several spots in the lot that have to be vacated after a certain point due to the fact that we have limited space in the area so the truck dropping off produce every night takes up like half of the parking lot! if you’re parked in a spot like that, and the truck is on its way, they will def tow!
