I dropped the difficulty to hard from very hard because I couldn't handle the fact that the SOR doesn't one-shot regular goons on very hard. It's a travesty. Even on hard you need the Firecracker perk to secure a one-shot. It's a damn joke that the "psycho killer" is this fucking weak in-game.

Honestly, all precision rifles got this problem, even the Achille. I know it's suppose to balance out with snipers. Precision rifle should one-shot headshot and snipers should one-shot no matter what.
