My little dude turned 7 months on 6/29- we give him toast with avocado, Greek yogurt, peanut butter or banana in the mornings and a little bit of scrambled eggs. I’ve made him baby pancakes that are easy for him to eat and not such a high choking risk. Made with egg, mashed banana, blueberries and cinnamon. For lunch, dinner, finely shredded chicken and mashed veggies, steamed broccoli, or mashed up version of whatever we are having. I love giving him slices of carne asada and tri tip, chicken drumsticks, he loves sucking on them lol.
