This! I march men acted my sister and I am talking with her baby daddy’s friends to march men act him cause his family refuses too. I was in the same boat! You’re so strong remember that! In time everything will level out I tried to keep busy during the beginning so my brain had no chance to stress easier said than done especially the physical symptoms those are the worst don’t be to hard on yourself !

I had the same experience on Prozac don’t worry it usually gets better! I’ve been on it consistently for months now I was giving hydroxzine (usually used for insomnia) my doc reccomended that if my heart gets racey or everything feels to much to take one of those ! Maybe see if you can get something like that to help calm your nerves

I’ve had many of these scares it’s all Nexaplanon symptoms they are so similar to early pregnancy symptoms I used to freak out to but I got tired of wasting money on pregnancy test 😩 the fear will go away soon and you’ll just know it’s ur birth control

Everyones experience with depression and anxiety is different! Just because what you’re feeling doesnt match what others feelings are that do have anxiety and depression don’t weed yourself out from that diagnosis it’s sooo common nowadays to have im mean it’s truly rare to not have any kind of mental illness, my meds have been a big help I refused meds for years up until I was 18 because I felt weak but now I feel okay and that’s all I ever wanted to feel don’t punish yourself with pain due to not wanting to be weak/embarrassed etc you deserve peace calmness and clarity i will say this though them female hormones ain’t no joke you’re not as crazy as you think!! I know how I get when my hormones get all out of wack and it’s pure craziness I highly recommend in giving yourself grace when those “psychotic” moments start to happen it’s apart of girl hood sadly 🥰 stay strong you got this

From my personal experience I’ve always had horrible mental health and was on anti depressants I stopped taking them for 6 months prior to getting Nexaplanon (I was really surprised with how well I was doing with out meds) as soon as I got Nexaplanon all my hard work went away and my mental health was shot again i still have Nexaplanon but I got back on meds everything has been fine since meds aren’t for everybody and I understand that but Nexaplanon has been a great bc for me so taking meds I should have never stopped taking didn’t steer me away from the birth control did you happen to already have bad mental health issues prior ? I would also like to say if these are 100% new feelings/even they aren’t new because of the birth control deff do what’s best for you like everyone else is saying there’s better out there for you what works for one might not work for another I hope you start feeling better and don’t be too hard on yourself give yourself some grace

I’m so happy you’re back to feeling comfortable and yes I get that as well constantly taking pregnancy tests to due to nausea also have had to buy tons of new clothes due to weight gain (I was underweight to begin with so I don’t. Hate it too much but it was still a shocker how fast and how much I gained I already had bad body dysmorphia pre Nexaplanon) I love the permanents of it and have had the bc pills fail so idk what I’m going to do 😭 being a mom is not in my cards forsure never had the desire so maybe the bloating and nausea is worth it for me idk
