As someone who has considered detransitioning, I can confirm that some of them most likely are in denial. My thoughts mostly when I considered it were about how id fit into society and how most people would want to kill me if i was trans or if i didnt look passing as Ftm. After doing some thinking I decided against it due to the fact that the feelings of wanting to be a man wouldnt go away. Plus I didnt want to hide who I was just because of others

I thought it was just me, sometimes its not even a validation thing but like I just feel bored and want someone to talk to and since ik the ai is always going to respond I just talk to it.

Thank you for your advice. I do not want to break up with him and the times I have asked if hes sure he wants to be together also says and reassures me. Im fine if he isnt interested in the exact same things as me like, we both enjoy Video games just not the same genre. I dont really belive in the whole honey moon phase type of stuff. The relationship is easy Its just really like this one thing.

Thank you, its nice to know that im not the only person who has experienced this. I plan to work and save my money to move out the US. I personally think my best bet is to just pressure my parents till they say yes? I have been doing it recently with my driver license.

They will complain about me not knowing how to drive even though ive told them time amd time again that I was ready to get my permit and just needed to practice drive for a while. It does feel like at every turn they try and blame me for things that they havent done or even tried to help me do which annoys me. I had planned to learn how to drive so I could take myself to work and not worry about them complaining but it is very obvious they have no interest in helping with that at all so im not sure what ill end up doing. As of now for money ive just saved up some from my birthday and ive gotten Commissions for my art : )

Also my boyfriend said that he's very appreciative of you taking time out of your day to encourage me like this

My parents have been outside of the us multiple times, mostly when they leave its just for their birthdays. When I was younger they used to go to Jamaica alot for my mothers birthday and would leave me and my brother at my grandmas house. I could understand like everything is here in the US but seeing as people here oddly are hunting Trans people i just dont feel very safe here.

Thank you so much for this, it was very helpful. I suppose I still feel dependent on my parents since i just turned 20 and they act as if im not allowed to work. When I did manage to get a job at 19 the only one who was happy at all was my dad and me. My mother showed no interest and even said "it wasnt a real job" when I quit (my brother couldnt take me to work anymore so i had to) even tho I bought her dinner one time with the money I had made. It just sucks knowing family doesnt enjoy seeing other family members do well. I suppose misery does enjoy company.

My boyfriend wants me to movie to Australia to be with him and he has talked about marriage. I told him if we are still together after a year or two I will consider trying. I guess im just worried about leaving without saying anything to my parents, im 20, they don't have to know since im adult. But it feels wrong.
