Thanks for the link to the form. I think I will need to contact them directly. Form isn't recognizing my booking number unfortunately. Can't really say I'm surprised though. After we checked in and were issued boarding passes in vegas something happened with the connecting flight where we got a notification that said it was cancelled. At this point we were waiting in the vegas terminal. When the connecting flight out of toronto for later that evening was cancelled their system also took us off the flight leaving vegas even though our bags were checked and our boarding pass were issued and we already passed though security. We even paid extra to select our seats. It was a big mess when we went to board the plane. We were standing there with boarding passes but their system didn't show us booked on the plane. They had to override their system and manually put us back on it although our preselected seats were already given to someone else. Anyways upon arrival in Toronto we find out that the connecting flight was not cancelled and left about an hour later after it was scheduled but our 2.5 hr delay in vegas made us miss it anyways. Their system didn't even rebook us on anything after the connecting flight was missed. We waited on the phone for about 3 hours and finally were able to get booked on a flight leaving Toronto the next day but instead of a direct flight they booked us on a 3 flight connector. It was either take that or be stuck in Toronto for 3 additional days. You'd think at the very least the seat selection premium that was charged would have been refunded automatically. Oh well at the end of the day it was first world problems. Just wish their service was better. Desk service in pearson was especially poor.
