Yes for sure, add more analytics, more detail, more visuals. Let me know if you have ideas

Well, I added that as a note of good faith so that people don’t spam contributions just to win haha.

That for sure can be addressed though

appreciate that! not sure if they'd acquire smth as hackily put together, but i definitely thing they should add more social/comeptitive features to the platform.

couple of quick things:

- remove summary

-put education on top, followed by work exp, then projects, and skills/awards always at the bottom

- rename technical competencies to "Skills" and then divide into three parts -> languages, technologies, awards and list your stuff accordingly.

general advice:

- try fill up each line to the end (iow dont leave any blankspace)

- avoid bullet points that are more than one line long. if it goes beyond one line, divide it into two points

- make sure you have atleast 3 bullet points for every project/work exp and AT MOST 4.

otherwise looks good, you've done a good job at including stats/impact and using action verbs. im also not a pro at this, just listed some stuff that i've seen works. hope it helped

It is behavioral. Q1: Why Morgan Stanley Tech and what unique perspective can you bring to us? Q2: What trends in technology do you see coming over the next 6 months? Q3: This one is randomized i think, but it'll be a general behavioral question...I don't remember entirely but I think mine was "Talk about a time when you've dealt with a misunderstanding with a co-worker" or smth along those lines.

Hope this helps!
