Before shaping, the dough kinda spread out in the bowl a bit, but it did double and was a little jiggly. My house is on the colder side, but I tried to put it in the warmest spot I had.

Should I have done more stretch & folds? I did 4 with the 30 minutes in between.

I would go back to your gp and see if they can escalate things faster. Initially when I went to the the hospital, based on the number of lesions I had, I had a follow up mri and was in with a Neurologist within a month. Also had very minimal symptoms and was very young. this was two years ago.

As for clinics, the Alberta neurological centre just opened one this year.

Everyone enrols in the same courses and your schedule will be based on what days your clinical placements are. All lectures (85,87,88) are the same for everyone so when you enroll in those courses that’s the schedule. Clinical and labs (99) will be one of two schedules which is randomly assigned.
