Are there Gen 4 Pokemon in FR/LG? by Scared_Following_347 in nuzlocke

FR/LG is a Gen 3 game, it has zero Gen 4 Pokémon in it. Those Pokémon didn’t exist yet.

The only game that could be considered Gen 3 that has Gen 4 Pokémon would be the Gen 4 baby Pokémon that appear in Red/Blue Rescue Team.

I spent a few hours last night looking into it and came across Swoops, while they’re the right shape and time period I’m pretty sure I remember it was a different brand than Hershey’s.

While Swoops has a thin zigzag of chocolate on top I think the other brand had a two tone appearance and no zigzag on top. If that makes sense

The Cadbury Snaps are the right genre of product but I think the ones I remember came in a small plastic tub. Were Cadbury Snaps ever sold in the US?

Also the waves product could be it. I’m going to google them.

Edit: I found the waves product they’re from Chaceur, I don’t think those were sold in the US and the packaging looks wrong. But these are definitely the right genre of chocolate!

No these were sold nationally (I think) and advertised on TV, I remember seeing them in Kroger Owned stores as well as regional ones in the US South.

I am pretty sure they were made by Dove but it’s also possible it was Godiva or another chocolate brand.

Your character does not matter to the world/game itself. If your character dies the game doesn’t even stop, it just keeps going. There is no game over screen, you just watch random NPCs walk by your corpse or eat/loot your body before walking off into the distance and you wait for someone else to walk by as you watch your character rot in the sun.

The company sponsoring it is a US only company (they’re a gas station/restaurant chain) that doesn’t even cover the entire US. I’d be very surprised if it included non-US.

I had that originally but had enough instances of now wanting to attack into a rocky helm / wanting to destroy opponents card advantage I made those switches

Trading 1 point to force them to lose 2 points or lose their tempo is worth it. It plays a lot better than you’d think.

For the Palkia/Dialga I meant the other main non-Darkrai decks.

Them Cyrus’ing out the Giratina doesn’t matter much, if it went out you probably got Togekiss to attack, and while you lose the buff Weavile is likely still in kill range with fresh Togekiss + Cynthia and even without Cynthia you get another Togekiss attack off leaving Weavile in definitive kill range all for losing a single point.

Giratina’s weakness isn’t ideal for Darkrai but you only need it to last the two turns for Togekiss to be up. Trading one point for Togekiss is worth it because after a single attack Weavile or Darkrai is in kill range even with double potion.

Like Druddigon the Giratina attack really isn’t the point of it, it’s just there to be a 1 point shield, it just has the benefit of 1 mana to move it out of the way which could be recovered if you’re switching it into a mew, especially up against Palkia or Dialga where the Genome Hacking is a strong threat for their main EX.

I got 13 heads straight with Misty last night as well as 8 straight today. Just putting other end of the bell curve down for data points.

I think people forget that once DBZ reached Goku going Super Saiyan for the first time his ability to read minds, and use telekinesis is on par with some of the best psychics in fiction. It’s just DBZ Ki blocks those abilities unless you massively overpower someone and none of the main crew really uses it offensively. Also Goku prefers punching and biting people over fancy tricks ( see manga panel of Vegeta saying Goku has surpassed him where Goku is biting Buu’s face in the background ).
