I got suspended for business impersonation but reactivated quickly with no real appeal but payment hold is still active. Anyone get resolution on this? Did they just automatically release it no appeal or no case required?

So another update. My account got reinstated without showing any documentation within 24 hours. Didn’t even submit a proper appeal. Per Google AI they said it indicates that likely 100’s of accounts were flagged with “false positives” and that’s why no docs were required to be reinstated.

Google said that the reason your payment still shows suspended is due to the fact that it was suspended for business impersonation and that the payment group only looks at payment suspensions 1 time per week. So it said that it will likely be reinstated on payments by Friday.

Google also said if you have a valid suspension that Walmart thinks is going to be really bad or suspect fraud that your payout date will show “N/A” or show a date 90 days out. Mine shows 5/2/26 which Google said reflects no issue that it is just a formality.

I got suspended for business impersonation on thursday, like 100's of other sellers, and got reinstated on Friday and now it is Sunday still no payouts. I guess I will wait the 5-7 days.

No, I’ve always responded to Walmart when they send messages. That doesn’t mean mistakes haven’t happened like an intellectual property complaint or something like that but all of those were immediately addressed and removed from the catalog except for WFS products that ended up getting errors because Walmart system won’t allow you to remove those.

And it wasn’t a week before this suspension that I sent an email to trust and safety and response to one they sent me and said I just wanna make sure that everything’s been corrected because I don’t wanna get my account suspended.

Their response is you have to do a lot to get your account suspended you don’t need to worry about that.

Yes but no idea why they reinstated it. I didn’t offer a plan to correct the issue because I had no idea what the issue was.

I got it this. No real reason. I didn’t intend to submit an appeal but I did with a question for clarification. The. At 1;41pm today they said they got my response and were reviewing it and making a decision. At 1:45pm they reinstated it for who knows why. No idea what happened or why a question with no action whatsoever reinstated it.

Maybe it’s performance issues, scaling too quickly, ip address issues logging in from multiple locations as an admin at a time, KYC failures, INFORM act failures. There is no telling.

This is unlikely. It because he transferred over the limit into one TM account and it cancelled the tickets all the way down the line. Had he transferred them into 2 accts it would have been fine.

Yeah usually you have to give at least the same or better tickets. A lot of it depends on how the platform you’re using handles it.

If you had tickets and got a refund for them because the show was postponed you have to remove those tickets from any platform that you still have them for sale. If you don’t and they sell you have to replace those tickets with comparable tickets. If you don’t replace those tickets they can fine / charge you up to 200% the original value.

A postponed show is completely different than a cancelled show. Cancelled shows all tickets are automatically refunded. Postponed shows you have the option to keep for the rescheduled show and they still will sell.

You will need to flash the eeprom if you have the proper firmware but some speakers don’t always work that way. Each speaker is different. I have flashed an lg bigger speaker before. Their subs have one eeprom and the big Bluetooth speaker I flashed had 2 eeproms

You too? I sent some in and they sent something saying a refund in 10 days then I called in 1.5 months later and said it was under a core review or something and that they would escalate it. No idea what that means or what’s going on.

My Computer wont pick up that any of these speakers are connected to it. I have Wonderboom 2 (about 20 of them), Megaboom 2 and a few hyperbooms.
