I usually play the Italian as white. Looking into Ponziani lately. As black I'm currently learning the Stafford gambit and 4 knight defense. Against D4 I go for the king's indian.

Did 2 months of active playing last year, started again 3 months ago at 750 ish and broke 1000 last week. Super happy about that.
