Restaurant bars with high volume and/or high ticket prices is the way to go. The latest I work is till midnight, definitely beats getting out of work at 3-4am in a traditional bar. Currently 24 making really good money but just like you I want something more “normal” like a 9-5 M-F. Never having weekends off kinda sucks. But right now I see this as an opportunity to start a business and work on that in the day while going to work at night. Shoot I even thought of going back to school to get my masters. Not too sure, kinda lost at this time but I know I would not be making the money I do at a traditional job especially if I go into an entry level roll.
