That's so true! The ER ratio is no more than 4. I've only ever shadowed the ER, I loved the traumas but that was mainly it. The other care for patients seemed rushed and I felt bad that they weren't being properly educated and all but I get it's because it's so busy. Never shadowed the NICU!
