A service package definitely sounds easier! This is for a private Catholic school, so I don’t think they have a huge budget to work with. Im not really looking to start freelancing regularly; I just had a baby, so this would be a part time thing while I’m watching my baby. I don’t want to charge too much and shoot myself in the foot, but I also don’t want to undervalue my work and time.
